Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request the deletion of data processed by the LeadLogix platform (the “Service”), operated by Diggit Software Solutions Co. LLC (“Diggit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It complements our Privacy Policy, which describes your rights in more detail.
What data this covers
LeadLogix processes a limited set of data to deliver its marketing automation service, including business account information, campaign briefing information, creative assets, authentication and security logs, service usage and audit logs, and advertising performance data returned by third-party advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn (“Platform Data”).
Where LeadLogix processes data on behalf of a client company as a data processor, the client company is the data controller. If you are an end user and wish to have your data deleted, please contact the relevant client company directly; we will assist that company in responding to your request.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion of data held by the Service in either of the following ways:
- Email request. Send an email to montazir@diggitglobal.comwith the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the account email address, the client identifier if known, and a description of the data you want deleted.
- In-platform request. Authorised users may contact us through the platform to request deletion of specific records associated with their account.
To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity or your authority to act on behalf of the relevant account before processing a deletion request.
What happens after your request
- We acknowledge valid deletion requests and confirm the scope of data to be deleted.
- We delete or anonymise the relevant personal data within a reasonable period, subject to the constraints below.
- We instruct our sub-processors that store relevant data, including our database, asset storage, and server hosting providers, to delete or anonymise it.
- We confirm to you once the deletion has been completed.
Platform Data from Meta and other ad platforms
Where we hold Platform Data received from an advertising platform through authorised access, that data is deleted or anonymised when the associated client account or campaign is closed, or sooner on a valid deletion request, except where retention is required by law or by the advertising platform’s own requirements. Revoking the Service’s access to your advertising account through the platform’s settings will stop further Platform Data from being collected.
Retention limits and exceptions
We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Operational logs and audit-log entries are typically retained for the lifetime of the relevant client account and then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period. We may be required to retain certain records to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations; in such cases we will delete the remaining data and retain only what the law requires.
